On this Pay It Forward with Fox 5 DC, we had a special surprise for The Oasis Alliance, an organization that helps those healing from trauma by transforming interior spaces.

Easterns donated gift bags full of goodies as a token of gratitude for the work they have done in the community.

Alongside #ABC7, we gave a #HelpingHand after an explosion and fire injured multiple residents, including several children, at the Potomac Oaks condominium complex in Gaithersburg. We wanted to highlight Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP) for jumping into action to help these displaced families.
Hunter and Sydney Guthrie, started baking and donating goods to the Embry Rucker Community Shelter to help others in need. We were inspired by what they are doing to help others in our community and wanted to lend a #HelpingHand.
