These customer cares are actually quite pleasant. I didn't realize it until I arrived, surrounded by the sound of ringing bells everywhere—left and right, front and back. I actually don't understand it, not until I was next in line, after completing all the applications, that I finally understood what those bells signified, the bell was rung immediately I got approved. Whenever you visit, just ask for Mr. Carlos. He's truly exemplary—very accommodating and easy to understand. But to crown it all, I got a nice car that is very affordable, and I love it.
