I will happily say that 1 year later my car is still riding great. My experience here was pretty good. I was nervous as this was my first time ever needing a loan for a car. Sergio, who was the sales manager was so patient and he got me the most important thing I needed which was an 3 row SUV and one thing I really wanted which was captain seats. He also did not back down when it came to the trade-in for my car and got me more than anyone had quoted me. William was my sales person, also helpful and he explained things so I can understand. He had great conversation and he was funny which helped ease things a little because as I said I was nervous, not sure if he knew. They did not rush me in my decision or make me feel pressured. Every time I went people were friendly and I hope it remains that way. Thanks again Easterns Laurel!
