came in to eastern automotive last week just kinda looking around and honestly wasnt even 100% sure what i wanted yet. ended up talking to akmal and dude was probably one of the easiest people ive ever dealt with at a dealership lol. didnt feel like i was getting chased around the lot or getting the usual salesman speech, he just talked to me like a normal person and actually listened to what i was looking for. what stood out to me was even when i was asking random questions and going back and forth between cars he never seemed annoyed or tried rushing me into anything. he knew his stuff too, but explained everything without making it complicated. felt more like talking cars with somebody you randomly met than somebody trying to make a sale off you. even after everything he was still checking in making sure i was good and didnt need anything else. dealerships can be hit or miss depending on who you get but if you come here ask for akmal. genuinely good dude and made the whole experience way more chill than i expected. definitely deserves the recognition
